It is indeed a nice car! There are a couple minor errors in the ad -- like "over head cam" in the header (but correctly over head valve in the text), and "the larger six cyl. engine" description is a bit deceptive, but only to those who don't know a thing about Ramblers. I sent the guy an e-mail and told him that the car HAD been altered from stock -- the paint number indicates it was originally solid Frost White. The red roof was added when it was repainted. 

That's a critique of the ad/car, but should not detract from it at all! The errors are minor and the slight modification is easy to fix if desired, but sets the car off nicely, and is more or less period correct. The roof was usually white while the rest of the car was a different color. The reason was to keep heat build-up in a darker color car to a minimum.

There is a very nice 1960 Rambler wagon on Ebay right now....I would buy ut myself...but my garage is full. I have dealt with this seller before and the cars he has are top notch!  The reserve is $7500. I think this a very good buy.
