Search for Quadrajets modified for straight alky.
They'll be very close for E85 use as-is.
You will likely find them to be made by a company that can work with you to tune for the E85 mix.
Holley carbs have been available for years for alky use.
Not saying who's what's is better. just sayinng they are available.
