About 65 and later would be Saginaw. I know for sure all 67 and later, pre 67 may just be the tilt column and maybe power steering column from Saginaw (switched to Saginaw power steering in 65).

I thought someone said the steering box in early americans was
by Gemmer? I'm not arguing either way, I have no information.
