You can have a balancer rebuilt. Contact Damper Doc
or Damper Dude (do a Google search). I think the cost
is around $100 plus postage. The cost could have gone
up. I used Damper Doc to rebuild the balancer on a
199 six several years ago.
If the balancer is wobbling I think the repair sleeve
might not solve your problem.
Since a new balancer is only a few dollars more than a
rebuilt balancer, you might want to consider a new
one.
