IIRC, 64 rear bumper do not have holes for backup lights.
Otherwise they are all the same stamping, front and rear.
Bolt holes are punched different for front and rears, that is the only difference.
I'd be interested in picking up a smooth 64 rear bumper.
I just realized I may know where one is.
I'll have to go take a look when I feel up to it.
