I hate when my text gets deleted!
NIT: thicker fluid will not speed engagement, rather it will slow it and may cause slippage. The fluid has to leave the space between the plates before they engage. That is why some clutch plates have the groves. It allows th fluid a place to move so engagement is quicker. That is also why you will see extra holes drilles in some areas of automatic transmissions for racing use.
