Multipoint injection on siamese port engines is tricky. It's especially bad on fours, though not so much on sixes, because the paired cylinders operate 360 degrees out of phase of each other on the six. I'd still run six injectors, or there would be no way to balance the fuel supply; the center injectors would have to deliver twice as much fuel as the front and back ones in Tom's proposal. Mounting them would be tricky, as would the fuel rail; you'd probably have to run a split fuel rail, so that you would have room to mount the throttle body. Angling the injectors to spray toward the valves would probably require a thick piece of aluminum with the injector mounting bosses milled in. It could be done, but throttle body injection would certainly be much easier. MegaSquirt would be the ideal controller for either scenario, because it is fully programmable with a laptop computer. --Glen At 01:10 AM 1/3/2008, Tom Jennings wrote: >It just occurred to me it would be really easy!
