I can work out the details if I go for it.
I'm tyring to figure out how to either talk myself into sending this guy $2150 or talk myself out of sending this guy $2150! he is being very patient, he does not appear to want to sell, he bout it for himself and his wife blew a gasket! So to keep the piece he is selling it.
   He offered it to me first because I asked him where he had found a used one when he posted he had bought it!

I've thought of several scenarios.
 One is to trim a nice outlined hole has needed to let the blower show.
Two is cowl hood. 
Three is to outline the blower and install a large scoop such has Carcraft used, then let the blower pulley and snout peak out from the front of the scoop. kind of like a matchbox look.

I really should just walk away from this. The American runs great as-is.
Hesco will be zero help tuning it I'd bet. 
It is complete, but I'll also bet it will need finessed to get it right...

Anyone have any thoughts on who I'd need to coerce into helping get a roots blown 4.0L to run right?

If I had not bought the WJ, I'd be seriously interested in installing it in the XJ instead. I'd love to install it on a DD!
Much more fun on a daily basis!!!
