What ever you don't have, I should be able to provide...
Both my cars have P/S and I also bought a Saginaw pump and brackets off a 65 Jeep. 
I definitely have the stuff.
  You can mount the boxes by using the one correct hole and making spacers and redrilling the frame rail.
Frank S. did his 63 this way.
  Yours does not have P/S? I have not seen a V8 car that did not get P/S too.
