There are vendors who can duplicate a control cable
like on your Rambler. The probably won't be able to
duplicate the handle.  I don't have a website
reference handy, but I suggest you do a Google search
on "control cable" or "throttle cable".  You might
also want to see what turns up for a google search on
the name "Harold Wenner".  He's an AMC vendor who has
loads of NOS parts.  He sells on Ebay or used to.
