I know the TSM doesn't give valve sizes, but it does have timing. Take a look at page  5 in your 63 Classic TSM, Cast Iron 6 section. Top center is an illustration with valve timing. Both intake and exhaust have 244* duration w/22.5* overlap. Top of the diagram is overlap. 

For servicing there is no need to have the valve head diameters. When they have been ground to the point they don't fit or can't be ground correctly you just order new ones for that particular engine! Most items expected to simply be replaced when worn don't have specs listed. I find that a shortcoming in the TSMs -- 30+ years later anyway. On valves, for example, length and stem diameter are listed because they need to be checked for wear, head diameter isn't because the valve made for that engine naturally fits. If head diameter was listed it would be easy to find an interchange. Of course AMC definitely wasn't concerned with that!

Odd, the TSM doesn't mention valve diameters (but I found those in the 
Datson book) nor exhaust valve timing.
