Re: [Amc-list] Overdrive offerings.../327 Twin-Stick?

Wayne, never "hate to differ"!! The worst that can happen is someone comes back and sites a source proving you wrong. In this case, I went back to the source and you proved me wrong! Apparently while looking through the TSMs I got the 65 and 66 versions confused. You are absolutely correct -- no Twin-Stick in 66. T-S was only made from 63-65, nothing earlier (and I double checked this time!!). Nothing wrong with being proven wrong, even if it's me being proven wrong!!

I hate to differ, but 65 was the last year of the twin stick. In 66 they
went to the 4 speed. The earliest twin stick I have seen is a 63. They
may be earlier but I once drove a 63 American with a twin stick so that
is all I can vouch for.
