Oh, agree comletely.
IIRC I paid $250 for 2 15X7 and 2 15X8 Chevy early style rally wheels in dual bolt pattern including the smooth noname police hubcaps. 
   The car runs smooth, no vibration or shimmy at all and I never had any of them balanced! Front or rear!
I intended to but, changed my mind after a test drive.
    That is one thing I would dearly love to own, a spin balancer!  I miss being able to do my own and take the time to get it right!
