aarghh! Now I'm all in favor of clean and safe storage and disposal, but 
people don't know when to stop! Common sense says there is such a thing 
as "safe enough" but not when you ask lawyers.

(Two weeks from now I will be at Burning Man in the Nevada desert for a week; 
an unoffical motto is "safety third!" -- meaning don't be a flippin idiot, 
but fun sometimes contains danger. (Google 'dance dance immolation' for an 
infamous example.)
