Just the wrong era of cars! 58-62 parts will swap onto it much easier. If you want disc brakes the 79-83 Concord/Spirit works fine, you just have to swap them side to side so the calipers are on the opposite end (I forget if front or rear) and trim the dust covers to clear everything. You MUST run 15" wheels to clear the tie rod ends though. Can't move them, Ackerman Angle would be all messed up!

This American is the least-adaptable Rambler I've owned; all the newer ones 
are much friendlier with random parts swaps!
