Yeah, probably someone went, "Hey, if we're pumping this stuff around and it keeps the engine running, why don't we filter it better"???
Well, duh. Or, hey it's the last year, lets fix it before we kill it!
Kind of like Sadam, clean him, take care of him, then hang him....
