Uh, when did displacement start having anything to do with small-block/big-block?  Its deck height
and bore spacing that primarily make the other OEM's big-blocks "big-blocks".  There is no official
"line" that you cross as far as displacement where anything suddenly *becomes* a "big-block".  It's
the physical dimensions of the block geometry that make the difference.

Some people refer to it as a "big block" based on physical size and weight (it's about the
size/weight of a 352/390 FE Ford or 396 Chevy), but it's technically not a "big block" due to the
displacement.
