Saying can't in the world of cars is a big, well, no-no.
There's always, almost, an exception.
How about the 4" bore 4.0L based stroker that's reported to be at 150,000 miles!
IIRC, It's not sleeved either! They did sonic check several blocks to find one that would go to 4" though.
