That sounds a little high.  You are probably looking
at a number 3 or number 4 rated car.  Check out this

I don't know anything about the delete plate for the
Javelin radio.  The factory radio was in a pod
attached to the lower dash.  I don't know what AMC did
when a radio was not ordered.
