[Amc-list] Stohler's Barn Find '62

someone got ahold of me again the other day after
seeing one of my ramblers. 


A. Peid Piper of Ramblers - not a bad gig........


he has a 62 American. no
back window. front windshield is busted out. both back
seat floors are gone. 2 door. flat head.

does have
a/c. 3 speed manual. 


A.  A/C ? in a '62 ?  How 'Rare' is that ? 
    Built into the dash or hung under unit ?



the body is strait. no big dents.
it is a 220. no stainless trim on it. 


A.  Nice!  Pix!


one tail light
is busted. other is cracked. 


A. Usual punks.


grill looks good. seats
are going to need reupholstered. 


A.  A '62 grille would cost.......... ?


my wife likes that
one better than the classic i am in the process of
building for her. 


A. That '62 is your new found friend ;) and loving it.


i personally like the classics
better than the American. what would anyone on the
list here pay for something in that kind of shape. 


A.  What's he asking ?  Not many 'Barn Finds' for AMC 
    around - especially the kind that a Wife wants as
    a 'Pet'.
    

any thoughts?????


A.  Lucky stiff!   What colors has she chosen thus far ?
