As cheap as you can get it ;) Definitely less than a $500 offer .....and 
maybe less depending on your budget. I see these questions all the time on 
here and they are basically a loaded question. Most never get answered. If 
the responder says "cheap" someone gets offended on the list owning one just 
like it thinking it's worth a bunch.  You have to be the judge of your own 
gonads and go with it....we can't see what you do in real life. Just make an 
offer to the guy and go from there. Offer him $200 and see what he says. If 
he jumps at it , maybe a $100 would have bought it but what's an extra $100 
these days? 20 gallons of hi test? Offer low then counteroffer.
