You're trying to read the list from the AMX-Files, obviously. Jim Stone has moved on to other projects and doesn't watch the site much. I'll try to get in touch with him since you aren't the only one having problems. 

In the mean time, I can change your settings to digest so you get 1-3 digests in your e-mail daily, or you can read the list from the archive files at www.amc-list.com. Go to the fifth paragraph on the right hand column at amc-list.com. The words "archives all postings" are underlined. Click on that statement, then what order you want to view the messages. I prefer to view by date -- the newest message will be at the bottom of the list. To reply send an e-mail to amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx with the appropriate subject. Cut and paste any part of the message you want to quote. This isn't as convenient as the AMX-Files reply feature, but I'm working on another display and reply option. It's not easy -- there aren't any programs out there made specifically to do this and be a bit secure.
