The whole reason I'd use the T-4 I haveis it is free and it is light for a trans. Not much weight to one at all. Gives four forward ranges, build for highway cruiising in 4th 1-1 and everythign below can be sorted out after it is completed... Plus, Like I said I have one, it is good, I also jave a nice damaged bellhousing that will allow me to bolt up a motor plate and coupler. Run it back to an amc-15. I have a few of those laying around too. Last time I checked electric conversion packages could be had for the $2500 range or shopping around could get it done cheaper.
