Maybe a few hours of pressurized Kroil penetration with 100 psi air, THEN click the starter for added torque impulse... YOu can always run two batteries on the starter. Really, but just for a one or few second pulse should not do much harm. (Pitting from local heating in the brushes will cause runaway damage if left on.) Just run the rest of that car on 12V! Just put the 2nd battery in series with the cable from the solenoid (that's an overrunning-clutch style starter, I forget how it's wired).
