[Amc-list] motorcraft install

I am playing around with an old 258 that I have and mocking up the
motorcraft 2100 install.  I had this on the car a while ago but have
forgotten whether or not there was a vacuum hookup to the port for the
power valve?  Is it a vacuum port off the bowl for the power valve or is
it left open to sense air pressure or does it get capped?  Any ideas? 
CRS has set in so I can't remember how I set it up before.
