This is either misleading or wrong depending upon how you look at it. 
For 1965 and 1966 (at least, I don't know much about 63 and 64), the 
exterior sheet metal is very different between an Ambassador and a 
Classic. The front end stuff is too long (Ambo's have a 4 inch stretch 
between the door and wheel well) and the quarters are significantly 
different due to tail light differences. I would say the easy 
interchanges would be the doors (unless the body lines are different), 
trunk lid, and the roof. You could probably make the bumpers work but 
they would be very out of place. It is fair to say that these models are 
structurally the same from the firewall back and they obviously share 
most of the same mechanicals (torque tubes and cross members are 
different due to the stretch).
