Keep in mind, just because it is there now doesn't necessarily mean it has always been there. Unless it has been there and has a known history.
  I bought a Florida 67 Cougar years ago. It was for maybe the last 5 months before I got it.
:[ ended up parting it out. Now I would fix it as frame sections are being made. Then it was just another car. It was a one off car. 289 ,3 speed stick, BENCH seat. Same as the very hard to find Mustang bench! Cougars were "luxury" cars. Not many base cars with 3 speeds and bench seats to be sure.
