I've since noted that Cherokees use the same warning/proportioning valve through at least 1993.  It's in my 89 and 93 Jeep TSMs. Looks like everything was pretty standard after 1980. The Jeeps use the same valve even with ABS.

Really has proportioning, not front metering?
