A: It should be well before that. (I did go away for awhile due to too much 
noise to signal ratio) I got Webtv in fall of '96 (one of the first people 
in WA to get one) and had my second Eagle wagon, plus rebuilt my neighbor's 
trans before I got my house in '97. I was on the list before that, so 
probably @early '97. (one of the first lists I was on. I found 
http://amxfiles.com while reading about an Eagle with blown up 5 speed.
