Re: [Amc-list] Haggerty News features AMX as an emerging good value collector car

So muscle cars started with a 409 Impala? (first time I heard that one!)
Javelin was the first muscle car for AMC? (57 Rebel, 67 Rogue 343)
Choice or wording could be better -- what's "convenient" about the sizes
of AMC V-8s? What's a "convenient" size for any V-8, for that matter? I
don't think I'd call the Big Bad colors "garish" either -- loud, and not
my cup of tea, but "garish"?? Note that rust is the scourge of *AMC*
unit bodies... they rust more than other?

Okay, that's pretty nit-picking!! ;> They had a lot of good (and fairly
accurate) things to say about the AMX. Overall it's a great article.

Wow, that's pretty flattering -- and accurate! What's with that! :-)
