[Amc-list] Mallory Decals

My car has a Mallory Dual point distributor and a Promaster coil. The distributor is in great shape and so is the coil, however, both of the decals on the coil are faded and in poor condition.
So I go on the internet and end up at Mr Gasket, who I assume is now the distributor for Mallory. Their website boasts of their commitment to customer service.
I ask them if there is any way I can get new decals for the coil.
Here is the reply; "We do not send out product decals. If you send the dist and the coil in we will replace them for free."
The coil is fairly heavy and I'm assuming it will cost me about $20 to send it to them, I don't know if they will want me to pay for the return shipping.
I declined their offer and said that I also had an Accel coil that looked good and I would use instead.
Hard to understand their logic in wanting me to send in the parts.
