[AMC-List] Cheap Body Work & Paint Matching

Last thursday in the rain as I pulled up in front of my friends shop and
started to roll the drivers door window the the roller in the window
regulator broke. I just happen to have a complete spare door in my
garage. The door on the car has some long horizontal creases in it and
one long vertical crease in the front of the door where the former owner
spring the door into the front fender. Also on the top of the door where
the mirror screws into the door there is a small reinforcement plate
spot welded on the inside of the door for support and for more heft for
the mirror screws. The outer skin is rusted through. 
The spare door I have is undamaged and the same color of the car. Other
than polishing it out and painting the inside panels where the door
panel goes and swapping the felt track and the door fuzzes, locks, door
handles and mirror I will have a perfectly original door. Now to also
swap the hood for the undamaged one in my garage which is also the same
color of the car. Thanks Davis.
