If it's from an FSJ then it's a NP219. AKA quasi trac (I made funny!) not
Quadratrac since it's a New Process and not Borg Warner unit. It has no 2wd
position but it will fit and it has low range. (and Edrive if 1 driveshaft
comes loose)

I believe I have a 129 out of a parted-out Grand Wagoneer that
someone dumped on me since its not very useful to the wheeling
type of Jeeper. Believe is was an 84. Thought I'd at least
raid it for its yokes or something. I'm not close to you, but
it would be free + shipping if you were interested. I have my
own FedEx account.

A: I think he probably had the sprague go or the converter neck. I killed a
couple myself and would take the 727 anytime! (I have one for my J4000 that
needs a little boosting for the lockup yet)

" I'm looking for a 4WD 727 for my Eagle. After towing my tools

" Colorado, the 999 has died. I'm planning on beefing this 4.0

do you have a tranny cooler setup?

a 999 with a towing/rv shift kit would go a long way toward what
you
want... in fact, you should probably put a towing/rv kit into
the 727
too, if that's the way you go.
