iirc the 'stang t-56 has a totally original bolt pattern; gm and
viper likewise.  warner had an aftermarket t-56 with a normal gm
pattern which you could team with an advance adapters jeep 4.0
bellhousing.  i've seen pics of an early amx with this setup.  iirc
mike forte of forte's parts connection fortesparts.com was collecting
all the parts into a 'kit'...

a ford-pattern richmond would bolt to a late-'70s t150 3sp bell, and
you'd also use the t150 pilot, clutch disk, and to bearing.  output on
all richmonds is a 32-spline th400 shaft iirc.
