Thanks for the info on the Bell housing (I though the bells were the same-was checking before I made the long trip to pick it up), had not though about using the existing flex plate to balance the flywheel, will talk to the machine about doing it that way, and yes I know about the changes required for the T-5s, I have another one and had it matched to a 73 401 in my 71 Javelin, got that bell and fly wheel from a 74-304, (it was matched to the engine by the machine shop where the engine work was done). So yes I have made it through the T-5 change over part. I have a good listing/data base of most BW T-5 numbers and the BW overhaul manual from there web site along with gearing info if anyone needs it, send me an e-mail and I will send you a copy, its in PDF format and any additional info to complete the GM and other gearing applications that I haven't found would help.
