Musclecar & Car Craft

On todays showing of Musclecar on Spike TV, Lou was not wearing a handkerchief. He had a hat on at times and other times wore nothing on his balding head. Hope that makes some of you happy!

AMC content: I have mentioned making comments on some of these TV shows and magazine articles with some respect. The May 2006 issue of Car Craft shows both ways of doing things in their "Readers' Pages" section as follows...

HATE MAIL! Your 360 AMC engine buildup in the Jan. '06 issue was a big disappointment. I have many 401s for sale at $1,200 dollars each, far cheaper than your Car Craft figures. Stop printing bullsh*&! I cancelled my subscription because of your lack of knowledge. John B. Jondak, Parachute, CO

LOVE MAIL! In [the Jan. '06 issue] I saw an AMC engine build and the AMC Nationals-I must be dreaming! I had a Hornet with a 0.030-over 360 with 9.5:1 compression, an Edelbrock Performer intake and cam packages, and a 600 Holley. It was good for 14.45 at Englishtown. Keep those AMCs coming!  Jim Koenig, via e-mail
