I imagine this may be a bit of specialized information that the average person might not know. I'd have been happy to tell you, but I have absolutely no idea how much to mill from the intake. I would ask a good machine shop and go with their recommendation. And, due to multiple issues with the AMC List over time, I would imagine that we have lost a good number of the "techies" to alternative boards such as the AMC Forum.
