Note that labor charges vary in different parts of the country. I just had a 199 done last September and the shop that did the work charged $65 to clean and inspect the entire engine (I brought them everything except the water pump, thermostat housing, distributor, and fuel pump) and $175 to bore and hone the cylinders. They also charged $50 to swap pistons on the rods.
