It's hard to determine what addresses are genuine and which are spammers, but some are obvious. I was skectical of "optonline.com" at first, so went to www.optonline.com to see what it was. I've checked a few suspicious addresses that way, and a couple came back with what appeared to be companies that are looking for addresses or would/do send spam, or came back as bogus domains. Those were immediately deleted. Unfortunately, so many people use free mail accounts or just keep the generated, nonsense user names, that it's hard to weed out the bad until they send something. But I am taking an active role in eliminating SPAM from the list as well as phishers. Since near the end of last year they have taken to subscribing to mail lists and getting addresses -- a new tactic. ============================================================= Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist
