The engines should be the same as they all use the same block.  On the
Eagles we have found that the oil pans are vastly different and that a
Spirit  Jeep and Eagle oil  pan are all different.  The Jeep and Spirit
ones will not fit in an Eagle.  To see the difference go to

swapping a Spirit 258  into my Eagle.  The Eagle version of the 258 has a
longer pick up arm on the sump and the dipstick is a different length to
account for the deeper pan.  Just things to watch for.
