Kim, Speaking of Performance American Style, some years back (probably 6-8 years ago) I tried to get some of the more performance type NAMDRA members to get together and really do an up-to-date Performance American Style book/booklet/etc. and got some positive encouragement on this but all of a sudden it was NAMDRA's effort on this was stopped because it was reported to us that a highly respected performance AMC'er/racer (also a NAMDRA member) was is the process of publishing such a book/booklet/manual so I dropped the effort. Guess what, now so much later no such book/booklet/manual has been published. That is one of the problems with the AMC hobby and that problem is that so many don't want to work together (even the various AMC clubs/websites/forums/lists/etc. Some want to keep valuable info to their selves for whatever selfish reasons, financial gain, etc. On Fri, 23 Dec 2005 23:20:21 -0500 <mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx> writes: > Not to be to critical to a critic, however it should be noted that > Performance American Style was first produced in 1971.
