So am I considering it will go behind an AMC v8 using a 4.0 bell pretty easily. If it's held up I'm all about buying one for my 1970 AMX. The fact it's 1/5th the cost of a tremec swap makes it pretty attractive to me. My Javelin with the 4.0 is working really really well, but the AX15 that's in it has 120,000+ miles on it and is pretty noisy in 5th. The MA5 would give me better "car" ratios and since they are new would probably quiet things down considerably. One of the guys I work with does Megasquirt controllers on his racecars and turbos everything he owns, we're trying to work out a turbo swap for my 4.0 right now and a new tranny would be timely for that as well. ~J -----Original Message----- From: greg55_99@xxxxxxxxx [mailto:greg55_99@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, December 06, 2005 12:23 PM To: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: MA5 tranny / Todd Kozak contact I'm curious to find out how that MA5 is holding up behind the Pontiac 400 his buddy has in a GTO.
