I'm pretty sure Kanter Auto Products (http://www.kanter.com) sells these 
parts. Egge Machine can probably supply them as well. Both companies are 
reputable and have been around a while. I've never dealt with Egge but I've 
purchased from Kanter on several occasions and never been disappointed.
