all the amc big cars were 'stretched' forward of the firewall, so the
ambo will work.  for 'interior' sheetmetal like floors probably any
big car from '67-78 would be the same.  iirc '71-3 matadors share
exterior sheetmetal with the '70 rebel.  btw there was a '71 mat
machine and i've always thought the mat cop cars [cf. adam-12] were
just 4dr sedan machines with fleet equipment.
