Bryan, I'll send you up one of these:

to cool things off, or at least knock out electricity in this little area for the winter:

If you didn't live so damned north you would get to enjoy more than 22 hours of summer. Give it a decade or two and ya'll will be enjoying some nice Texas summers up there when ice cap melts. Speaking of summer, the local Houston weathermen/women were all giddy this past week about a "cold front" blowing in, it was "going to drop the temps below 90 degrees" they said. But the week before hurricane Rita, (eh, my story)

and well, this past week we have set some new temp records, unseasonably hot for this time of year, even in Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christi, College station, even Austin got into it, hitting 107 degrees several days. Those are all time highs since records were being kept.

Speaking of hurricanes, how screwed up is this: last night on the weather channel they are forecasting hurricane Otis to hit....Arizona. Thinks about that a hurricane in the desert.

Besides I thought ya'll put your beer in streams and rivers to keep it cold. Here we have to stand in FEMA line to get ice, but by time beer chills, ice melts. So back in line. Remember however warm beer gives you a quicker buzz. But it is one of the following: Schlitz, Hamms, Strohs, Jax, Dixie, Pearl Light, Lone Star, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Falstaff, Old Style, Milwaukees Best, or any other low end swill, don't drink warm unless you have made a recent trip to Sams or Costco and stocked up on a 40 pack of toilet paper.

I found a old photo of Bryan
"petting my pussy" (his Canadian words)

and a photo of Bryan after their first 'cool front' up in Sasketchewan:

PS: It is 90 or so degrees here today and AMC contect as required in posts by Jim Stone:
I just got thru washing all the Rita spuuge off the 81 Eagle, 82 Eagle, 88 Eagle and 72 Ambassador, didn't get much rain but lots of wind, dust, acorn and pecan droppings which are hard to get out of paint, so washed four cars today before it gets cold like weatherman said eariler this week :~))>
