Along with this will be Incentives for American Motorists to buy Diesel Powered Passenger Vehicles and trade in their Gasoline Powered Vehicles - right now. GM and Ford have everyting from 3 cylinder to 4 and 6 cylinder applications for Passenger Cars available in ' D ' - ' TD ' - ' D Hybrid ' configurations - . Motorists will be able to avail themselves of Diesel Vehicles, models currently on roads in Europe and Asia with 45 to 79mpg Economy Ratings, producing much less Greenhouse Gas Pollutants and costing their owners much less per week per mile. Refineries can then be freed from producing multi-blend Gasolines, and concentrate on Diesel / Home Heating Oil and Manufacturing Distillates. Farmers ? Bio-Diesel.
