It felt good to get back to work as my friend re-opend his shop. I installed the slip on/tie on seat covers and they don't look or fit as bad as I expected and are passable till I can get the seats done properly. At least there is no ripped fabric inserts and foam showing anymore, and they are all black now. The seats are now in the car and it is starting to look like a car again inside, a very familiar car. It has almost the same interior as my yellow Hornet. Now it is time for the next big and last part of the interior transformation the dash. I pulled the inst. panel yesterdy and started to loosen up some of the bolts to pull the complete dash. Boy I am glad these dashes come out pretty easy. Time to paint up the steering column and the dash I got from Tom J. and install the black crash pad I got from a friend in Texas. Thanks to this group & Bart's I have been able to find all the interior parts I needed from all over the lower 48 and from both ends of Canada, and peopl! e have put me onto parts for sale on eBay too I won. Thanks everybody. "Doc" ============================================================= Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist
