 Jerry; If you are making your Gremmy Garage with a
few, ahem, shortcuts, be sure to do most of your
building on the weekends or after 6PM. County
inspectors are home by then and won't be around to

Jerry I strongly suggest NOT following Russ's advice.
Contrary to popular belief the inspector may be able to 
guide you into getting the job done correctly, which will 
add value to the building and protect your Gremmy and 
other AMC's from getting damaged if it were done poorly 

and then collapse on your cars............Armand
