The car still had everything in place for power windows including the regulaters and motors. Door panels have never been cut for window cranks either. I'm 99% sure the doors are original to the car as they have white lacquer paint peeling off of whit enamel paint. The drivers door still has the original tag and what appears to be orignal rivets in place. The only things I can think of are that either AMC changed the regulater design and they have been replaced under warranty or later, or AMC put the doors toegther on one line complete then the cars that got power windows had the doors changed over and the harnesses run at a differnet point in the plant. It is very plain both doors have had dirrenet regulaters bolted into them!
