I can't remember the exact year AMC bought jeep from Kaiser..but that 6cyl could be the Buick odd-fire V6. 225 cu in, 160 hp. snap it up, those trucks look awesome. I haven't seen it yet, the guy said he can't get it running and is just too frustrated with it to mess with it anymore. Has a 6 cylinder, he said he thinks it is the 232. Would that be correct? Also has 3 speed. At this point that is all I know, I am going to try to go look at it tomorrow. > > Now, the questions. As I already asked, would this be the 232? If so, what is the difference between a 232 in a 1966 Rambler Classic and a 1968 Jeep Pickup? If I decide not to keep this thing would there be any interest in it? not sure yet what I am going to do with it. I might keep it and fix it, I might sell it off or I might part it out. Alot depends on the condition. Will post more details once I get a look at it. > > Jamie Smith > Spokane, WA. > oconner51@xxxxxxxxxxx > 1966 AMC Rambler American 220 Station Wagon > 1966 AMC Rambler Classic 770 Two Door Hardtop > 1966 Jeep Wagoneer (for sale) > 1968 Jeep Pickup (fate currently unknown) > 1977 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton Pickup > 1986 AMC Eagle Station Wagon > > > ============================================================= > Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist ============================================================= Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist
